Our Vision

We identify our vision in two aspects: external and internal. The external vision refers to the Afghanistan we would like to see and contribute to. It represents the desired situation we are striving for and are working to reach through our interventions and programming.

Our Vision for Afghanistan

Afghanistan is a peaceful and stable nation where individuals, communities and businesses have access to opportunities and freedom to pursue them, where governing is based on public interest, where justice is accessible to all and administered effectively and without bias, where intra-community conflicts and those between communities are managed peacefully, and where diversity of opinions, identities and expressions contribute to democratic and inclusive development.

The internal vision refers to us, to the organization we are building and developing in a way that models our values and effectively contributes to social change and brings us closer to realizing the external vision for Afghanistan and all of its people.
